Confidentiality
Client names, addresses, and terms are never shared outside the transaction. We sign your NDA, or provide ours, for any file that requires it.
Document handling
Transaction documents move only through your brokerage’s compliance platform or an encrypted file-transfer service. Never as open email attachments.
Account security
Every system we use to access your files is protected by multi-factor authentication, and access is removed when a file closes.
Wire-fraud protocol
We never send, change, or forward wiring instructions. Any request to change payment details is flagged to you immediately and verified by phone using a known number.
No funds, ever
We do not hold, receive, or transfer earnest money, deposits, or any client funds.
High-profile clients
For public figures and private families, files can be coded and kept on a need-to-know basis within the transaction.

Services are administrative and are performed under the direction and supervision of the client’s licensed real estate agent or broker. ENB does not negotiate, write offers, show property, or hold or transfer client funds.
